Meet The Founder
IRMA was born from the vision of Yvonne, a passionate advocate for mindful living and intentional design. Inspired by the idea of curating a wardrobe built on quality and craftsmanship, she imagined a closet filled with timeless pieces—easy, effortless, and made to be worn on repeat.
Her personal style mirrors this philosophy: minimal, slightly undone, with an edge of individuality. Her outfits shift with her mood, blending comfort with confidence. The same sense of simplicity carries through her home, where every detail is chosen with care—reflecting a lifestyle rooted in thoughtfulness.
This quiet pursuit of meaning and quality led her to discover upcycled luxury fabrics through Nona Source, a Paris-based platform offering materials from the Maisons of Louis Vuitton. The idea of giving these fabrics a second life resonated deeply—and IRMA was born.
More than a brand, IRMA is an expression of Yvonne’s belief in timeless design, purposeful choices, and the beauty of quality over excess. Through her work, she invites others to live with intention—where what we wear reflects who we are and what we value.
IRMA Lifestyle
The IRMA lifestyle is about slowing down, embracing thoughtfulness, and living with intention. It’s for those who value quality over quantity, timeless elegance over fleeting trends, and purpose over excess.
It’s a lifestyle rooted in sustainability—choosing garments and goods that tell a story, reflect care, and respect the world around us. IRMA is for individuals who appreciate the artistry behind each piece they wear, knowing its journey is as important as its design.
The IRMA lifestyle is about simplicity with depth. It’s a blend of conscious decisions, mindful living, and celebrating the beauty in things made with care. Whether it’s the clothes you wear, the choices you make, or the moments you savor, Irma invites you to live with meaning and grace.

About Our Shirts
At IRMA, the foundation of every shirt is its fabric. Yvonne, our founder, didn’t want just any materials—she sought fabrics that would stand the test of time, both in quality and design. That’s why we source our textiles from Nona Source, a Paris-based platform that gives a second life to upcycled fabrics from the prestigious Louis Vuitton Maisons.
Our shirts are made from cotton poplin, a fabric known for its breathable, smooth, and soft qualities. This ensures unrestrictive comfort and a feeling of second skin, making our shirts perfect for all-day wear. Designed to be effortlessly versatile, they transition seamlessly from day to night, combining elegance, edge, and classic style.
These fabrics are not only exceptional in craftsmanship but also fully traceable. Their origin is well-documented, ensuring transparency and a deep connection to their story. This commitment to traceability aligns with our belief in responsible, mindful fashion—where every choice reflects care and purpose.
At IRMA, we honor the legacy of these materials by creating shirts that embody elegance, sustainability, and enduring style. Designed to transcend fleeting trends, they are timeless pieces that make a statement of thoughtful craftsmanship, luxurious comfort, and lasting quality.
Details That Matter
At IRMA, every detail of our shirts tells a story of care, sustainability, and craftsmanship. Beyond the fabric, we’ve ensured that every component—from buttons to packaging and labels—reflects our commitment to responsible and thoughtful design.
Our buttons are sourced from the FM Buttons’ Bioresin Collection, crafted using BioRec, a bio-based material made with over 25% fruit and vegetable waste. These buttons not only complement the elegance of our shirts but also align with our philosophy of reducing waste and embracing innovative, sustainable materials.
For packaging, we’ve partnered with EElabels Factory in the Netherlands to provide reusable Paptic mailers. Paptic, made from wood fibers, is soft, durable, and water-resistant, ensuring that your shirt arrives in eco-friendly packaging designed for reuse.
Our labels are also made by EElabels Factory, reflecting the same level of care and sustainability as the rest of our components. Every label is thoughtfully designed to emphasize transparency and traceability, completing the story of each piece.
At IRMA, we believe that the smallest details make the biggest difference. By collaborating with partners who share our values, we ensure that every part of our process—from the fabric to the finishing touches—is rooted in sustainability and respect for the world around us.
